    <li><strong><em>Interactive </em>Job Aides</strong><strong>:</strong>&#xA0; Interactive job aides can also be created that support field recall and drill - unique performance support documents &amp; job aides that verbally help guide, direct, coach, reinforce, and shape behavior.</li>
