Talking Templates Pads

SmartPenz Technologies has created Talking Template Pads as a tool to help sales teams better executes skills and strategies during their sales calls.

Each pad consists of multiple Talking Templates that are used by salespeople to better prepare for sales calls, capture critical conversations, and then summarize these conversations.  In totality, they offer a unique way to insure that each member of the team is optimizing each opportunity with customers and prospects throughout every phase of the Prepare-Capture-Coach field call cycle.

 

Call Preparation Talking Template:  Allows for the quick review of a sales methodology through "tap and play" capability.  Ultimately, this template helps salespeople become more strategically prepared for important calls.

Call Capture Talking Templates: These templates allow salespeople to capture, codify and document actual customer conversations.  In effect, customer conversations are captured by audio and digital means.  Then, the information is coded by type of information, allowing the quick review of data by specific information groupings. There are multiple templates in this "capture" area that reflect the different stages of customer psychology that require different call strategy.

Call Summary Talking Templates: These templates allow salespeople to "copy & paste" the voice of the customer into their call summaries.  This takes the subjectivity out of sales call reporting since the actual call — or customer voice — is captured within this talking document.  This is a radical departure from the typical CRM call reports — subjective notes which salespeople input into CRM's that are often erroneous, inaccurate, or full of misinformation.  Now, the voice of the customer — the actual conversational "talking notes" — are inputted, removing subjectivity that leads to erroneous assumptions — and ultimately leading to better opportunity analysis and opportunities for meaningful coaching by line managers.

Coaching Talking Templates:  Since Talking Templates can be e-emailed to other parties, virtual coaching is now a reality.  This feature enables salespeople to gain valuable feedback from line managers, coaches, mentors, and associates around improving sales call effectiveness.  This allows Sales Managers to spend more time coaching - virtually - without having to be physically present at the actual sales call.
